| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. The Texas Department of Transportation shall | |
| 11 | 11 | include in the department's bridge inventory the bridge in Parker | |
| 12 | 12 | County that spans the Clear Fork of the Trinity River between East | |
| 13 | 13 | Bankhead Highway and the East Interstate 20 service road in the | |
| 14 | 14 | corporate boundaries of Willow Park. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives | |
| 16 | 16 | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as | |
| 17 | 17 | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this | |
| 18 | 18 | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this | |
| 19 | 19 | Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
