| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 57.105(b-1), Occupations Code, is | |

| 12 | 12 | (b-1) A state agency that issues a license must submit to | |
| 13 | 13 | the division for review any rule that the agency proposes to readopt | |
| 14 | 14 | without amendment after a review under Section 2001.039, Government | |
| 15 | 15 | Code, if the rule affects market competition as described by this | |
| 16 | 16 | section. This subsection expires January 1, 2028 [2024]. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
