| 7 | 7 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 8 | 8 | | SECTION 1. Section 2170.059, Government Code, is amended by |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | amending Subsection (d) and adding Subsection (e) to read as |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | follows: |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | (d) Not later than October 1 of each year, each using entity |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | shall, in a manner determined by the department, provide the |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | department with an e-mail address for each person who uses the |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | centralized telephone service. |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | (e) Not later than December 31 of each year, the [The] |

| 16 | 16 | | department [annually] shall prepare and issue a revised centralized |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | telephone service and e-mail directory [not later than March 31]. |
