| 11 | 11 | Sec. 23.01(c). Nothwithstanding Section 23.01(b), the | |
| 12 | 12 | holder of a local distributor's permit may purchase distilled | |
| 13 | 13 | spirits directly from the holder of a distiller's and rectifier's | |
| 14 | 14 | permit located within the same county or an adjacent county as the | |
| 15 | 15 | holder of a local distributor's permit's premises. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect on September 1, 2023. |
