| 10 | 10 | SECTION 2. Art. 2.131. RACIAL PROFILING PROHIBITED. A peace | |
| 11 | 11 | officer may not engage in racial profiling activities, including: | |
| 12 | 12 | a) Racial; | |
| 13 | 13 | b) Sex; | |
| 14 | 14 | c) Gender; | |
| 15 | 15 | d) Religious; | |
| 16 | 16 | e) Ethnic; or | |
| 17 | 17 | f) Age. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
