| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 547.306(b), Transportation Code, is | |
| 11 | 11 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (b) A person may operate a motorcycle or moped equipped with | |
| 13 | 13 | LED ground effect lighting that: | |
| 14 | 14 | (1) emits a non-flashing [amber or white] light of any | |
| 15 | 15 | color; and | |
| 16 | 16 | (2) does not obstruct the vision of the operator or a | |
| 17 | 17 | person operating a passing motor vehicle. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
