| 11 | 11 | | SECTION 1. Section 478.0001(3), Government Code, as amended |

| 12 | 12 | | by Chapters 10 (H.B. 1472), 102 (S.B. 1265), 605 (S.B. 1155), and |

| 145 | 145 | | Section 478.0001(3)(BB) may receive funding through the program if: |

| 146 | 146 | | (1) a portion of the event is held at one or more sites |

| 147 | 147 | | located in another state or country; or |
|---|
| 148 | 148 | | (2) the event is held more than one time in any year. |

| 149 | 149 | | SECTION 4. To the extent of any conflict, this Act prevails |
|---|
| 150 | 150 | | over another Act of the 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023, |
|---|
| 151 | 151 | | relating to nonsubstantive additions to and corrections in enacted |
|---|
| 152 | 152 | | codes. |

| 153 | 153 | | SECTION 5. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
