| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 43.005, Health and Safety Code, is | |
| 11 | 11 | amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (c) The executive commissioner shall appoint for the | |
| 13 | 13 | program a dental director who is a dentist. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
