| 12 | 12 | first anniversary of the earlier of: (1) the date of final | |
| 13 | 13 | completion, (2) the date of abandonment, or (3) the date of | |
| 14 | 14 | termination of the public work contract. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
