It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. For smaller courts, depending on the volume of orders and current practices in a clerk's office regarding the delivery of court orders via the eFile System, some clerk's offices may see an increased workload and need additional staff.
