| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Sections 5010.0205(a) and (b), Special District | |
| 11 | 11 | Local Laws Code, are amended to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a commissioner | |
| 13 | 13 | shall receive $750 [$500] per month for the commissioner's | |
| 14 | 14 | services. | |
| 15 | 15 | (b) A commissioner serving as president of the board shall | |
| 16 | 16 | receive $800 [$550] per month. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
