| 11 | 11 | (b) The judges of the district and statutory county courts | |
| 12 | 12 | in Guadalupe County by majority [a unanimous] vote may appoint | |
| 13 | 13 | magistrates as authorized by the Commissioners Court of Guadalupe | |
| 14 | 14 | County. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
