| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 25.0732, Government Code, is amended by | |
| 11 | 11 | adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (c) The County Criminal Court at Law No. 2 of El Paso | |
| 13 | 13 | County, Texas, is designated to conduct the DWI Drug Court | |
| 14 | 14 | Intervention and Treatment Program of El Paso County as a drug court | |
| 15 | 15 | program under Chapter 123 for persons arrested for, charged with, | |
| 16 | 16 | or convicted of an offense involving the operation of a motor | |
| 17 | 17 | vehicle while intoxicated. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
