| 13 | 13 | (f) The board of trustees may not adopt a policy that | |
| 14 | 14 | requires, recommends, or encourages a trustee to attend training | |
| 15 | 15 | offered by a specific provider. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
