44 HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
55 WHEREAS, Section 17, Article III, Texas Constitution,
66 provides that neither house of the legislature may adjourn for more
77 than three days without the consent of the other house; now,
88 therefore, be it
99 RESOLVED by the 88th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
1010 each house grant the other permission to adjourn for more than three
1111 days during the period beginning on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, and
1212 ending on Monday, March 13, 2023.
