| 11 | 11 | Sec. 3-c. An agency of the state government, including the | |
| 12 | 12 | legislature, or of a political subdivision of this state may not | |
| 13 | 13 | regulate the educational program of a private school, including a | |
| 14 | 14 | home school, in this state. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 16 | 16 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 7, 2023. | |
| 17 | 17 | The ballot shall be printed to permit voting for or against the | |
| 18 | 18 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment protecting private | |
| 19 | 19 | schools from state and local regulation." |
