| 13 | 13 | individual's decision to access abortion care is made in | |

| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 16 | 16 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 7, 2023. | |
| 17 | 17 | The ballot shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the | |
| 18 | 18 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment limiting the | |
| 19 | 19 | legislature's ability to prohibit abortion." |
