10 | 10 | Sec. 68. LIMITING THE LEGISLATURE'S ABILITY TO PROHIBIT | |
11 | 11 | ACCESS TO ABORTION CARE. (a) The legislature shall not pass a law | |
12 | 12 | that abridges an individual's access to abortion care if the | |
13 | 13 | individual's decision to access abortion care is made in | |
14 | 14 | consultation with a licensed physician. | |
15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
16 | 16 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held November 7, 2023. | |
17 | 17 | The ballot shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the | |
18 | 18 | proposition: "The constitutional amendment limiting the | |
19 | 19 | legislature's ability to prohibit abortion." |
