| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |

| 10 | 10 | | students, faculty, and staff of Plano East Senior High School, |

| 11 | 11 | | Mr. King has led the way in fostering a supportive and challenging |

| 12 | 12 | | educational environment on campus; and |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing |
