| 6 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Donnie Wiseman has earned great distinction with his |

| 7 | 7 | | outstanding service as principal of Fowler Middle School in the |

| 8 | 8 | | Frisco Independent School District; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |

| 10 | 10 | | students, faculty, and staff of Fowler Middle School, Mr. Wiseman |

| 11 | 11 | | has led the way in fostering a supportive and challenging |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | educational environment on campus; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | vitality of our state, and Donnie Wiseman is playing an |

| 15 | 15 | | instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential |
