| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Formed in Edinburg in February 2022, Grupo Frontera |

| 9 | 9 | | has quickly gained fans around the globe with its distinctive blend |

| 10 | 10 | | of norteño and cumbia; the group consists of six friends, singer |

| 11 | 11 | | Adelaido "Payo" Solis III, percussionist Julián Peña Jr., drummer |

| 12 | 12 | | Carlos Frontera, guitarist Alberto "Beto" Acosta, bassist Carlos |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Zamora, and accordionist and singer Juan Javier Cantú; their lyrics |

| 14 | 14 | | of love and heartbreak combined with contagious rhythms have earned |

| 15 | 15 | | them hits in Texas and Mexico and throughout Latin America; and |

| 20 | 20 | | than 150 million views on YouTube, making it one of the most watched |

| 21 | 21 | | in the world; "No se va" reached new audiences when a clip of a man |

| 22 | 22 | | from Chihuahua, Mexico, dancing to the song went viral, and fans |

| 23 | 23 | | began posting their own versions of the dance on TikTok; and |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Within their first year of releasing music, Grupo |

| 25 | 25 | | Frontera scored two other chart-topping hits, the Carin Leon |

| 26 | 26 | | collaboration "Que Vuelvas" and the Fuerza Regida collaboration |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, With their meteoric rise, the members of Grupo |
