24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Abigail Castro has exhibited outstanding leadership |

26 | 26 | | organizations such as RGV Familia, the McCombs Leadership Program, |

27 | 27 | | the Undergraduate Dean's Student Advisory Council, Delta Sigma Pi, |
