| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Joining the other top high school lifters in Texas |

| 10 | 10 | | at the state meet in Frisco on March 18, Ms. Aul delivered an |

| 11 | 11 | | exceptional performance in the 105-pound weight class; hoisting 295 |

| 12 | 12 | | pounds in the squat, 165 pounds in the bench press, and 290 pounds |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | in the dead lift, she racked up 750 total pounds to clinch the state |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | crown; moreover, her victory helped the Diamondbacks capture fourth |

| 15 | 15 | | place in the team standings; and |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Rick and Lisa Cantu of Mission, |

| 17 | 17 | | Hailey Aul has been a member of the Sharyland Pioneer powerlifting |

| 19 | 19 | | collected the silver medal in her weight division at the 2022 state |

| 23 | 23 | | commitment to excellence, and Hailey Aul may indeed reflect with |

| 24 | 24 | | pride on this outstanding accomplishment; now, therefore, be it |

| 25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 26 | 26 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Hailey Aul on winning the state |
