| 10 | 10 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A fitting recipient of the Elementary Teacher of the |

| 13 | 13 | | Year award, Courtney Walker serves as a librarian at Skaggs |
