44 R E S O L U T I O N
55 WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever treasure their
66 memories of Molly Sue Walden of Coleman, who passed away on November
77 6, 2021, at the age of 65; and
88 WHEREAS, Born in Coleman on September 24, 1956, to Lucien and
99 Sue Love, the former Molly Sue Love grew up with the companionship
1010 of an older brother, Clay; she was raised in Coleman, and she went
1111 on to graduate from Coleman High School in 1975; she was united in
1212 matrimony with Brett Alan Autry, and the couple became the parents
1313 of three children, Leah, Evan, and Joshua Alan Autry, who died in
1414 infancy; after that marriage ended, she was fortunate enough to
1515 share a rewarding relationship with her second husband, Glenn
1616 Walden, whom she wed in 2007; and
1717 WHEREAS, For many years, Mrs. Walden worked at Coleman
1818 Elementary School, where she made some of her closest friends; she
1919 moved to Fort Worth in 2002 and went on to earn a paralegal degree
2020 from Tarrant County College; she subsequently enjoyed a career in
2121 public education at the Region XI Education Service Center; and
2222 WHEREAS, After retiring in 2018, Mrs. Walden moved back to
2323 Coleman with her husband; together, they enjoyed traveling, working
2424 in the yard, and spending time with their family; she made many
2525 happy memories with her loved ones when they gathered for the Fourth
2626 of July and other occasions, and she cherished her role as "Yaya" to
2727 her four grandchildren, Alaine, Rhett, Cameron, and Crew; and
2828 WHEREAS, Molly Walden lived a full and generous life
2929 surrounded by those she loved, and she will always hold a special
3030 place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it
3131 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
3232 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Molly Sue Walden and
3333 extend deepest sympathy to the members of her family: to her
3434 husband, Glenn Walden; to her children, Leah Biddle and her
3535 husband, George, and Evan Autry and his wife, Lindsey; to her
3636 grandchildren, Alaine Love Biddle, Rhett Autry Biddle, Cameron Lynn
3737 Autry, and Crew Alan Autry; to her brother, Clay Love, and his wife,
3838 Sherrie; to her nephew, Cole Love; and to her other relatives and
3939 friends; and, be it further
4040 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
4141 prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
4242 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Molly
4343 Walden.
