| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Founded in 2002, ICCI is headquartered in La Marque; |

| 9 | 9 | | the company provides pre-commissioning and maintenance cleaning |

| 10 | 10 | | services for industrial projects across the United States and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | around the world; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The staff at ICCI specialize in hydrolazing, steam |

| 13 | 13 | | blows, chemical cleans, lube oil flushing, air blows, system |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | drying, and a variety of other services; in addition, they work |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | tirelessly to develop innovative cleaning methods and improve |

| 16 | 16 | | equipment; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Businesses that employ Texans and that contribute to |

| 18 | 18 | | the local economy are important components of a prosperous future, |

| 19 | 19 | | and it is a pleasure to join in recognizing ICCI for the positive |

| 20 | 20 | | role it plays in the La Marque community; now, therefore, be it |
