| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Edinburg matched up against the top teams in the |

| 10 | 10 | | nation at the NCA event, held January 21 and 22 in Dallas; competing |

| 11 | 11 | | for the first time in the Intermediate Large Varsity Division, the |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Bobcats excelled in the preliminary round and were superb in the |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | finals, notching a near-perfect 99.8 in both the raw score and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | performance score rounds; triumphing with an overall tally of |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 99.3125, Edinburg received the Herkie High Point Banner for |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | producing the highest score of the entire competition and also |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | garnered specialty awards for best jumps and superior showmanship; |

| 18 | 18 | | with its victory, the team collected its fourth straight |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | championship and its ninth crown over the past 11 years; and |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating outstanding teamwork, the Bobcats |
