| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Annabell Guadalupe Rodriguez of Uvalde, who passed |

| 6 | 6 | | away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 10, touched the hearts of |

| 7 | 7 | | numerous people during her brief time on this earth; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Born in Uvalde on November 29, 2011, Annabell |

| 9 | 9 | | Rodriguez was the beloved daughter of Jessie Rodriguez and Monica |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Gallegos; she shared an especially close bond with her twin, |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Angeli, and her older sister, Annastasha, and she was also adored by |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | her grandmother and her aunts, uncles, and cousins; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Annabell possessed a kind and caring nature, and she |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | delighted in making videos with her sisters and showing off her |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | dance moves; she also loved school, animals, and the color baby |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | blue, and she had hopes of one day becoming a veterinarian; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Although the tragic passing of Annabell Rodriguez |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | has brought immeasurable sorrow, the memory of this precious young |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | girl will forever be treasured by all those who shared in the |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | blessing of her life; now, therefore, be it |

| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 22 | 22 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Annabell Guadalupe |

| 23 | 23 | | Rodriguez and extend heartfelt condolences to the members of her |

| 24 | 24 | | family: to her parents, Monica Gallegos and Jessie Rodriguez; to |

| 25 | 25 | | her grandmother, Lucy Gallegos; to her sisters, Annastasha Gallegos |

| 26 | 26 | | and Angeli Rodriguez; to her uncles, Jerry Gallegos Jr. and his |
