| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, A solid education is vital for young people to |

| 9 | 9 | | become successful and productive adults, and those men and women |

| 10 | 10 | | who dedicate their careers to teaching make a positive difference |

| 11 | 11 | | in the lives of their students and in the greater community; and |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A fitting recipient of the Teacher of the Year |

| 13 | 13 | | award, Sarah Vartabedian serves as a dyslexia therapist at |

| 14 | 14 | | Centennial Elementary School; and |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, This notable Texan exemplifies the passion, |
