5	5	WHEREAS, Mark Harris has ably served his fellow Texans as an
6	6	intern in the office of State Representative Yvonne Davis during
7	7	the 88th Legislative Session; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Harris has provided
9	9	vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks,
10	10	including bill research and communication with constituents; in
11	11	addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
12	12	service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
13	13	issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
14	14	WHEREAS, A senior at Texas State University, Mr. Harris is
15	15	pursuing a degree in public administration; and
16	16	WHEREAS, Mark Harris has performed his duties as a
17	17	legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
18	18	deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
19	19	be it
20	20	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
21	21	Legislature hereby commend Mark Harris for serving as a legislative
22	22	intern in the office of State Representative Yvonne Davis and
23	23	extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his
24	24	endeavors; and, be it further
25	25	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
26	26	prepared for Mr. Harris as an expression of high regard by the Texas
27	27	House of Representatives.
