| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, An inclusion specialist in Special Education |

| 9 | 9 | | Support Services for ESC Region 2, Ms. Brotherton oversees the |

| 10 | 10 | | inclusive/co-teaching classroom model and is the regional trainer |

| 11 | 11 | | for the Crisis Prevention Institute and the Treasuring Our |

| 12 | 12 | | Paraprofessionals program; she is in her fifth year with ESC |

| 13 | 13 | | Region 2 and is widely respected for her professionalism, content |

| 14 | 14 | | knowledge, and expertise in special education; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Veronica Brotherton has set an outstanding example |

| 16 | 16 | | of leadership and dedication to which others may aspire, and she is |

| 17 | 17 | | indeed deserving of this noteworthy honor; now, therefore, be it |

| 18 | 18 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 19 | 19 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Veronica Brotherton on her receipt |
