| 9 | 9 | | Outlaw BBQ Association as one of the organization's state |

| 10 | 10 | | championship cook-offs, and the contest attracts talented chefs |

| 11 | 11 | | from across Texas and other regions; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, These highly skilled pitmasters are putting their |

| 13 | 13 | | culinary abilities to the test as they vie to produce the tastiest |

| 14 | 14 | | entries in several different categories, including brisket, ribs, |
