H.R. No. 1596
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Cyrus Hosseini has ably served his fellow Texans as
an aide in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson during the
88th Legislative Session; and
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff in January 2023,
Mr. Hosseini has provided vital assistance in handling a wide
variety of challenging tasks; in addition to gaining valuable
experience in the field of public service, he has learned more about
the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone
Star State; and
WHEREAS, A Hobby Fellow, Mr. Hosseini holds a bachelor's
degree in economics from the University of Houston; since
graduating summa cum laude in December 2022, he has continued his
studies at UH, working toward a master's degree in applied
economics; and
WHEREAS, Cyrus Hosseini has performed his duties as a
legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Cyrus Hosseini for his service as a
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson
and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all
his endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Hosseini as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
