| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Cyrus Hosseini has ably served his fellow Texans as |

| 6 | 6 | | an aide in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson during the |

| 7 | 7 | | 88th Legislative Session; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff in January 2023, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Mr. Hosseini has provided vital assistance in handling a wide |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | variety of challenging tasks; in addition to gaining valuable |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | experience in the field of public service, he has learned more about |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Star State; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, A Hobby Fellow, Mr. Hosseini holds a bachelor's |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | degree in economics from the University of Houston; since |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | graduating summa cum laude in December 2022, he has continued his |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | studies at UH, working toward a master's degree in applied |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | economics; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Cyrus Hosseini has performed his duties as a |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |

| 22 | 22 | | be it |

| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 24 | 24 | | Legislature hereby commend Cyrus Hosseini for his service as a |

| 25 | 25 | | legislative aide in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson |

| 26 | 26 | | and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all |
