| 6 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for |

| 7 | 7 | | CarSquad is taking place on February 17, 2023, marking the launch of |

| 8 | 8 | | a new business in Katy; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, CarSquad is the sister company of Off Lease Only, a |

| 10 | 10 | | pre-owned car dealership group based in Florida; the new business |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | offers customers from across the Houston area the opportunity to |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | buy, sell, or trade pre-owned vehicles online or on the lot; and |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, The dealership is located on a 15-acre campus, |

| 14 | 14 | | encompassing a sales floor, detailing areas, inventory lots, and a |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | test drive area; and |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Local enterprises contribute greatly to the |

| 17 | 17 | | prosperity of their communities, and CarSquad promises to be a |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | welcome addition to the Katy business scene; now, therefore, be it |

| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 20 | 20 | | Legislature hereby commemorate the grand opening of CarSquad and |

| 21 | 21 | | extend to all those associated with the company sincere best wishes |
