55 WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has served with distinction as a
66 legislative intern in the Office of State Representative Terry
77 Meza, contributing his time, talents, and expertise to serve House
88 District 105; and
99 WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has provided exceptional assistance
1010 to the legislative office, contributing policy research,
1111 communication assistance, constituent services, and general office
1212 assistance, and maintained perfect attendance; and
1313 WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has demonstrated outstanding
1414 leadership and professionalism throughout his internship,
1515 utilizing his excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
1616 build positive relationships with colleagues, constituents, and
1717 community partners; and
1818 WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has shown a high level of academic
1919 achievement, currently pursuing a B.A. in Government at The
2020 University of Texas at Austin's College of Liberal Arts; and
2121 WHEREAS, Matthew McCoy has exemplified the values of public
2222 service, commitment, and excellence, serving as a role model for
2323 his peers and inspiring others to pursue their goals and
2424 aspirations; now, therefore, be it
2525 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
2626 Legislature commend Matthew McCoy for his outstanding
2727 contributions to the Office of State Representative Terry Meza, his
2828 commitment to excellence, and his professionalism; and, be it
2929 further
3030 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
3131 prepared for Mr. Matthew McCoy as an expression of high regard by
3232 the Texas House of Representatives.
