44 R E S O L U T I O N
55 WHEREAS, Sadie Klos has ably served her fellow Texans as an
66 aide in the office of State Representative Chris Turner during the
77 88th Legislative Session; and
88 WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Klos has provided vital
99 assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, which
1010 have included conducting research and tracking legislation
1111 concerning consumer safety, voting rights, and public education
1212 policy; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of
1313 public service, she has learned more about the legislative process
1414 and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
1515 WHEREAS, Ms. Klos is a student at The University of Texas at
1616 Austin, where she is set to graduate with a degree in government in
1717 May 2023; she also attended the University of Cincinnati in Ohio,
1818 and she worked as a residential intern at the ACH Child and Family
1919 Services Wedgwood Campus in Fort Worth; and
2020 WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed her
2121 duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and she is
2222 indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now,
2323 therefore, be it
2424 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
2525 Legislature hereby commend Sadie Klos for her service as a
2626 legislative aide in the office of State Representative Chris Turner
2727 and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all
2828 her endeavors; and, be it further
2929 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
3030 prepared for Ms. Klos as an expression of high regard by the Texas
3131 House of Representatives.
