| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sadie Klos has ably served her fellow Texans as an |

| 6 | 6 | | aide in the office of State Representative Chris Turner during the |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | 88th Legislative Session; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Klos has provided vital |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, which |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | have included conducting research and tracking legislation |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | concerning consumer safety, voting rights, and public education |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | policy; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | public service, she has learned more about the legislative process |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Klos is a student at The University of Texas at |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Austin, where she is set to graduate with a degree in government in |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | May 2023; she also attended the University of Cincinnati in Ohio, |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | and she worked as a residential intern at the ACH Child and Family |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Services Wedgwood Campus in Fort Worth; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed her |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and she is |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | therefore, be it |

| 24 | 24 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Legislature hereby commend Sadie Klos for her service as a |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | legislative aide in the office of State Representative Chris Turner |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success in all |

| 28 | 28 | | her endeavors; and, be it further |
