H.R. No. 1714
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Jose Camacho has distinguished himself through his
participation in the Moreno/Rangel Legislative Leadership Program,
ably serving as a legislative aide and Fellow in the office of State
Representative Abel Herrero during the 88th Legislative Session;
and
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Camacho has provided
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Camacho is active in his community, and for six
years, he has led a team at the Beach to Bay Relay, a marathon
dedicated to honoring the sacrifices of men and women serving in the
Armed Forces; and
WHEREAS, Jose Camacho has performed his duties as a
legislative aide and Fellow with skill and dedication, and he is
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Jose Camacho for his service as a
legislative aide and Moreno/Rangel Legislative Leadership Program
Fellow in the office of State Representative Abel Herrero and
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his
endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Camacho as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
