| 14 | 14 | | amending Section 490I.0110(i), Government Code, to read as follows: |

| 16 | 16 | | serving as a member of the board of advisors is not eligible for |

| 18 | 18 | | 490I.0106 if the member is involved in decisions regarding the |

|---|
