| 8 | 8 | | sponsored by the Ennis Chamber of Commerce and is sanctioned by the |

| 9 | 9 | | Outlaw BBQ Association as one of the organization's state |

| 10 | 10 | | championship cook-offs; the contest attracts accomplished |

| 11 | 11 | | pitmasters from across Texas who put their culinary skills to the |

| 12 | 12 | | test as they vie for top honors in several different categories, |

| 13 | 13 | | including brisket, pork ribs, and chicken; and |
