| 9 | 9 | | championship cook-offs, and the contest attracts talented chefs |

| 10 | 10 | | from across Texas and other regions; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, These highly skilled pitmasters are putting their |

| 12 | 12 | | culinary abilities to the test as they vie to produce the tastiest |

| 13 | 13 | | entries in several different categories, including brisket, ribs, |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | and chicken; open to the public, the cook-off will feature a |

| 15 | 15 | | People's Choice Award and offer a number of attendees the |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, A fun occasion for all ages, the Smoke Sessions BBQ |
