| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Minkyu Lim has been named salutatorian of the Class |

| 6 | 6 | | of 2023 at Taylor High School in Katy, and he indeed merits special |

| 7 | 7 | | recognition for receiving this significant honor; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only |

| 9 | 9 | | intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | highest academic standards; in securing his place as one of the two |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | top-ranking students in his class, Mr. Lim demonstrated a thorough |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his attainment of |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable |

|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Following graduation, Mr. Lim plans to attend The |

| 16 | 16 | | University of Texas at Austin, where he will major in business; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, During his years at Taylor High School, Minkyu Lim |

| 18 | 18 | | has earned the respect and admiration of both his teachers and |

| 19 | 19 | | classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability and commitment |

| 20 | 20 | | to excellence have opened the way to a bright and promising future |

| 21 | 21 | | for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore, be it |

| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
