| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Melissa Deng Huang has been named valedictorian of |

| 7 | 7 | | merits special recognition for receiving this significant honor; |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only |

| 10 | 10 | | intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |

| 11 | 11 | | highest academic standards; in securing her place as the |

| 12 | 12 | | top-ranking student in her class, Ms. Huang demonstrated a thorough |
