| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sodais Kader Ghulam has been named valedictorian of |

| 6 | 6 | | the Class of 2023 at Mayde Creek High School in Houston, and he |

| 7 | 7 | | indeed merits special recognition for receiving this significant |

|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only |

| 10 | 10 | | intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |

| 11 | 11 | | highest academic standards; in securing his place as the |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | top-ranking student in his class, Mr. Ghulam demonstrated a |

| 13 | 13 | | thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his |

| 14 | 14 | | attainment of this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement |
