| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Hudson Andrew Rhodes has been named valedictorian of |

| 6 | 6 | | the Class of 2023 at Katy High School in Katy, and he indeed merits |

| 7 | 7 | | special recognition for receiving this significant honor; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only |

| 9 | 9 | | intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |

| 10 | 10 | | highest academic standards; in securing his place as the |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | top-ranking student in his class, Mr. Rhodes demonstrated a |

| 12 | 12 | | thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | attainment of this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Following graduation, Mr. Rhodes plans to attend The |
