| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Henry Cagigal has been named a head golf |

| 6 | 6 | | professional with the City of Fort Worth Golf Division; and |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, A resident of Fort Worth, Mr. Cagigal was a member |

| 8 | 8 | | of the golf teams at Nolan High School and Texas Wesleyan |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | University; his accomplishments as an amateur player included |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | winning two City of Fort Worth tournament championships and the |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | John R. Williams Four-Ball Invitational at the Oak Hill Country |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Club in Rochester, New York, as well as making 12 appearances at the |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | U.S. Amateur national championships; as a professional, he |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | participated in the PGA Tour Qualifying School from 1998 to 2001, |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | and has played in such tournaments as the AT&T Byron Nelson, Buick |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Open, Bangkok Open, Malaysian Open, and Philippine Open; over the |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | years, he was a member of the Golden State Tour, and he played in the |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Texas State Open six times with a top finish of sixth; and |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Cagigal is the head golf professional at the |

| 20 | 20 | | Meadowbrook Golf Course, an 18-hole municipal course that is |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | considered one of the best in the state; he continues to play in PGA |

| 22 | 22 | | events in North Texas with victories at the Lajitas & |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Srixon/Cleveland Golf/XXIO Pro-Scratch and at the WinStar World |

| 24 | 24 | | Casino Pro-Pro Championship and second-place finishes at the Club |

| 25 | 25 | | Car/XXIO NTPGA Senior Championship, the Prize Possessions Eastern |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Championship, and the Metro Chapter Two-Man Championship; and |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Henry Cagigal has distinguished himself through his |

| 28 | 28 | | exceptional abilities as a player and instructor, and he may indeed |

| 29 | 29 | | reflect with pride on his accomplishments as he takes on the |

| 30 | 30 | | challenges and opportunities of his new position; now, therefore, |
