| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Alondra G. Garza Ramos has been named salutatorian |

| 6 | 6 | | of the Class of 2023 at Roy Miller High School in Corpus Christi, |

| 7 | 7 | | and she indeed merits special recognition for receiving this |

| 8 | 8 | | significant honor; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only |

| 10 | 10 | | intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | highest academic standards; in securing her place as one of the two |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | top-ranking students in her class, Ms. Ramos demonstrated a |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, and her |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | attainment of this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement |

| 15 | 15 | | of a notable high school career; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, In addition to the pride inherent in being |

| 17 | 17 | | recognized for her hard work, Ms. Ramos has gained the opportunity |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, During her years at Roy Miller High School, Alondra |

| 22 | 22 | | teachers and classmates, and her exceptional scholastic ability and |

| 23 | 23 | | commitment to excellence have opened the way to a bright and |

| 24 | 24 | | promising future for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore, |
