R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Dr. Todd Adkins of Chambers County has been selected
as one of the "44 Under 40" honorees for 2023 by the Baytown Sun; and
WHEREAS, Each year, the Baytown Sun recognizes the
achievements of dynamic young leaders under the age of 40 who have
distinguished themselves in their professions and in their
contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, Currently, Dr. Adkins is working as an associate
chiropractor for Mont Belvieu Family Wellness; he is the recipient
of a Texas Chiropractic Leadership Award, and he holds a doctorate
from Texas Chiropractic College; and
WHEREAS, Todd Adkins has set an outstanding example of
leadership in his field and in his community, and he is sure to make
further contributions to the Baytown area in the years ahead; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Dr. Todd Adkins on his selection as
one of the "44 Under 40" honorees by the Baytown Sun and extend to
him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his endeavors;
and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Dr. Adkins as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
