| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Todd Adkins of Chambers County has been selected |

| 6 | 6 | | as one of the "44 Under 40" honorees for 2023 by the Baytown Sun; and |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Each year, the Baytown Sun recognizes the |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | achievements of dynamic young leaders under the age of 40 who have |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | distinguished themselves in their professions and in their |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | contributions to the community; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Currently, Dr. Adkins is working as an associate |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | chiropractor for Mont Belvieu Family Wellness; he is the recipient |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | of a Texas Chiropractic Leadership Award, and he holds a doctorate |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | from Texas Chiropractic College; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Todd Adkins has set an outstanding example of |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | leadership in his field and in his community, and he is sure to make |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | further contributions to the Baytown area in the years ahead; now, |

| 18 | 18 | | therefore, be it |

| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 20 | 20 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Dr. Todd Adkins on his selection as |

| 21 | 21 | | one of the "44 Under 40" honorees by the Baytown Sun and extend to |

| 22 | 22 | | him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his endeavors; |
