| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Widely regarded as the greatest quarterback of all |

| 9 | 9 | | time, Mr. Brady is the National Football League's all-time leader |

| 10 | 10 | | in passing yards, touchdown throws, and Pro Bowl selections; chosen |

| 11 | 11 | | as the league's Most Valuable Player on 3 occasions, he has won a |

| 12 | 12 | | record 7 Super Bowl rings in 10 overall appearances; and |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. was born on |
