10 | 10 | | religious and cultural holidays for people of Asian heritage; this |

11 | 11 | | year's festival marks the commencement of the Year of the Dragon and |

12 | 12 | | ushers in the spring season, a new beginning, when members of the |

13 | 13 | | Asian community reflect on the past and make plans for the future; |

15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The dragon, the fifth animal of the Chinese zodiac, |

16 | 16 | | is the symbol of strength, success, and good luck in Chinese |

17 | 17 | | culture, and 2024 is therefore predicted to be a year of change and |

19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Members of the Asian community play a vital role in |
